The RWA Hall is an ideal venue for small, cozy gatherings, events, meetings and celebrations, comfortably accommodating up to 80 people. The hall is also well-suited for regular group activities such as weekly classes in dance, music, karate, and more. It also features an attached terrace, perfect for serving food or hosting informal activities.
The booking rates* are:
Resident member: ₹ 8500 (includes 7500 rent per day + a refundable deposit of 1000)
Resident non-member: ₹11000 (includes 10000 rent per day + a refundable deposit of 1000)
Non-resident: ₹16000 (includes 15000 rent per day + a refundable deposit of 1000)
*For bookings up to 4 hours, half-day rental charges will apply. For bookings exceeding 4 hours, full-day charges will be applicable.

All bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis and will be confirmed only after payment is received.
You may cancel your event at any time, and a full refund will be issued.
Kindly refrain from requesting the hall caretaker for help with your event arrangements. We request that you make your own arrangements for any assistance required.
Furniture, including chairs and tables, must not be damaged or misused. Any damage or repair costs incurred during your use must be borne by you.
On-site cooking is not permitted. Only external catering services are allowed.
Please note that non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited.
Consumption of alcohol, ghutka and smoking are strictly prohibited within the premises.
After the event, segregate the waste into wet and dry categories without exception and hand it over to the hall caretaker. Keep the hall clean and tidy.
