Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

1. All bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis and will be confirmed only after payment is received.

2. You may cancel your event at any time, and a full refund will be issued.

3. Refunds can take up to 7 days to process.

Use of Premises

1. Kindly refrain from requesting the hall caretaker for help with your event arrangements. All assistance required must be arranged by you.

2. Consumption of alcohol, ghutka, and smoking are strictly prohibited within the premises.

3. Non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited.

Furniture & Facilities

1. Furniture, including chairs and tables, must not be damaged or misused. Any damage or repair costs incurred during your use will be borne by you.

2. Furniture may be moved between the dining area and the hall; however, all items must be returned to their original positions. If not, additional charges may apply for repositioning.

3. Stainless steel cutlery (plates and glasses) is available upon request at least one week in advance. Please ensure that it is washed and cleaned before returning.

Food & Catering

1. On-site large-scale cooking is not permitted.

2. Light cooking, such as preparing rotis, dosas, simple frying, or reheating, is allowed.

3. For all other requirements, only external catering services are permitted.

Cleanliness & Waste Management

1. After the event, waste must be segregated into wet and dry categories and handed over to the hall caretaker.

2. The hall must be kept clean and tidy after use.

3. If the waste generated exceeds three large garbage bags, additional charges may apply for its disposal.
