Annual Layout Maintenance Fee

The annual layout maintenance fee is ₹1200/- payable on or before 15th of April each year, which will be used for the development of JRD Tatanagar and welfare of its residents, as approved by the Managing Committee. The payment is valid from April of the current year to March of the following year.
