Dear Residents, the Annual Layout Maintenance Fee for 2026–27 is now open for payment.
The Prof. V Rajaraman Indoor Sports Center is a modest facility created to provide our members, and especially their children, with a space to play, stay active, and simply have fun together.
This facility currently offers:
Table Tennis (equipments available for singles & doubles)
Pickle Ball (equipments available for singles & doubles)
Badminton (equipments available for singles only)

Monday to Friday - 6 AM to 10 AM and 3 PM to 7 PM
Saturday & Sunday - 6 AM to 3 PM
Non-members may also book the Sports Center to use the existing sports facilities or to conduct fitness and recreational classes such as Zumba, Karate, Yoga, and other similar activities.

This facility is for RWA members only.
Return all sports equipment to its original designated location after use.
Do not move or resposition the Table Tennis table.
Handle sports equipment and flooring carefully. Do not damage property.
Keep the facility clean. Carry your litter with you and dispose it properly in a nearby dustbin.
No food, chewing gum, or tobacco inside the auditorium. Water bottles only.
Use the court only during the allotted time and vacate promptly.
Children must be supervised by parents or guardians.
Maintain discipline and avoid loud or disruptive behavior.
Switch off lights & fans before you leave.
RWA is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
RWA may restrict access if rules are not followed.
